Refund policy

At HomeShape, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us in our 'Contact' section on our website with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
