Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International orders, including South Africa, typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on carrier and customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. HomeShape is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. For South African orders, customs duties may apply to orders exceeding approximately R500 (~$27 USD). These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
